It is important to adjust the settings of your microphone prior to training the system to recognize your voice. To configure your microphone:
| 1. | In Guitar Guru, Click the Options menu, point to Voice Command, and click Microphone Setup. |
| 2. | Follow the instructions in the Microphone Wizard to adjust the position and volume level of your microphone. |
Configuring your microphone takes just a few seconds, and should be done whenever the sound waves picked up by your microphone change for reasons such as:
| • | The position of the microphone relative to your mouth changes. |
| • | Changing microphones. |
| • | Changes to the room acoustics. |
| • | Changes in the volume or tone of your voice. |
It is not necessary to re-train Voice Command after configuring the microphone.
