An heirloom of the Great War, "Ja-Da" has become a classic jazz standard performed by the likes of Eddie Condon, Count Basie and countless bands throughout the years.

Written by Bob Carleton in 1918, sheet music for "Ja-Da" first sold to benefit the Navy Relief Society during World War I. Carleton himself served as an MU during the war (A United States Navy Musician), with the important task of inspiring patriotism, boosting morale and fostering pride amongst those serving as well as the larger community on the homefront.

Download "Ja-Da," and enjoy playing a piece of American armed forces history today!
