'The Phantom of the Opera' Closes After 35 Years on Broadway
Over three decades after it first premiered on Broadway, The Phantom of the Opera has officially closed its doors. Celebrate this timeless show by learning some of the iconic arrangements!
After 35 years on the Broadway stage, Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera officially closed its doors on April 16, 2023.
After the final bows, some members from the original cast came out on stage, including Sarah Brightman, who was the first to play Christine. Andrew Lloyd Webber even made an appearance, dedicating the performance to his late son, Nick.
We want to commend those involved in the production for their hard work that allowed so many to enjoy this wonderful music!
