It's been over sixty years since The Beatles released their first song. And now, one last recording has been shared with the world. "Now And Then" is the final 'new' track from all four members of this iconic group.

In 1994, Yoko Ono gave Paul McCartney a demo of the song, which her late husband, John Lennon, had recorded before his death in 1980. Paul, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison worked on this song in 1995 as part of The Beatles Anthology project. Unfortunately, it was never completed due to technical issues with the recording.

However, just last year, AI (artificial intelligence) allowed them to separate out John Lennon's vocals from the piano part.

Although AI was used in order to complete the song, Paul McCartney confirmed that "nothing has been artificially or synthetically created" and that they "cleaned up some existing recordings – a process which has gone on for years." He also said that "it’s all real" and that everyone plays on it, including the late John Lennon and George Harrison.

In addition to the recording, a music video for "Now And Then" has also been released, which can be seen below. It's a big moment in music history, as we get to enjoy one final masterpiece from The Beatles: Paul, Ringo, George, and John.
