We have an excellent batch of new songs this week! Take a look at some of our recommended picks, and be sure to click here for all our new songs!

·  “Now and Then” by The Beatles: Officially dubbed as the last song by The Beatles, John Lennon initially wrote and recorded this song in 1977, and the surviving Beatles finished the song in 1995 but never released it. With more technological developments over the years, John Lennon's voice was extracted from the demo and incorporated into the rest of the recording using AI-backed audio restoration, technology that wasn't available in the ‘90s. This sentimental track is a beautiful last chapter to their legacy. Enjoy singing the flowing minor melody of this piano-friendly classic.

·  “Can't Catch Me Now” by Olivia Rodrigo: Written for the upcoming movie The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, this folksy ballad sets the scene for this upcoming prequel. The guitar strumming patterns translate well into the piano accompaniment, and this arrangement includes backup vocals during the gradually building lyrics "You can't, you can't catch me now." Enjoy singing this haunting piece.

·  “Welcome to Rosas” from Wish: This is the next release from the upcoming Disney movie Wish, and it’s the introduction of the town Rosas, where your wishes actually do come true. Sung by Ariana DeBose, this tune has a danceable Latin feel with a moving bass line and rhythmic chords. Sing along to this upbeat tune, and be creative with the piano part!

·  “Thanksgiving” by SkyGuitar: Originally by new age pianist George Winston from his album December, this melancholy song helps you visualize the changing of the seasons and the chill of winter in the air, but it also brings feelings of being warm by the fireplace or at the table with friends and family. This guitar tab arrangement by Signature Artist SkyGuitar maintains the calm and serene mood of the piece. Be sure to bring out the melody, and make the sixteenth notes seem effortless as you play this holiday piece.

·  “vampire” by Brooklyn Duo: Originally by Olivia Rodrigo, this song has been a big hit for the singer. Signature Artist Brooklyn Duo puts a chamber music spin on it with this cello and piano duet arrangement. Both instruments get the opportunity to play the melody, and the pairing works well with this dramatic piece. Rock out with the big moments of this piece, and bring along a friend to play the duet part!

·  “Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!” by Francesco Parrino: Based on the classic Dean Martin recording, this swinging song is guaranteed to put you in the holiday spirit! This jazzy arrangement by Signature Artist Francesco Parrino incorporates elements from the original recording but also includes his distinct style. This is an advanced but accessible arrangement, so be sure to focus on hand movement in the left hand, and bring out the famous melody in this fun Christmas piece.

Unique Pick of the Week

·  “Islands in the Stream” by Kenny Rogers & Dolly Parton: A number one hit for Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton in the ‘80s, this song was originally written for Marvin Gaye and Diana Ross. The Bee Gees were struggling to find the right pair to sing the duet and almost wound up giving up the project, but they found the perfect pairing with Kenny and Dolly. We now offer a piano solo arrangement of this classic love song. Enjoy the fun syncopated bass line, and sing along with the melody!
