Justin Lepard is an eclectic cellist who specializes in improvisation and music production.

Justin has worked with some of the best conductors in the world, including Simon Rattle, Keith Lockhart, Matthias Pintscher, and Julian Lage. He has also performed jazz alongside greats such as Rufus Reid and Eric Alexander. As a recording soloist he has been featured in films such as Togo (2019), The Invisible Man (2020), and Where's Rose? (2021). He attended the prestigious Lucerne Festival Academy, which subsequently led to touring Europe for a project with the MIT Media Lab. His teaching videos have also garnered almost a million views, and are among the first hits for how to play cello on YouTube.

He now resides in Southern California, and works to bring the nexus of improv cello and great audio production to as many as possible. Splitting time between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, Justin records and performs in a wide variety of concerts and projects. He can be found on Youtube and Instagram as Justin Lepard (Music).
