About Ditswatmom

I am a life-long musician (amateur) with a background in percussion instruments (not drums, really, but bells, chimes, xylophone) for formal training in school. I have had a few piano lessons, but do not actively play. I am self-taught on accoustic guitar. My love is contemporary Christian music, especially that with a country flair. I perform with my church's praise team both for services and in concert, and with the church choir. I have also done a solo on occasion, usually with accompaniment tracks. I'm always looking for fresh ideas, even new arrangements of old favorites. By occupation I'm a medical technologist, but I'd be nowhere without the music in my life that keeps me sane.
