About wayne_martensen
I have been playing guitar and singing for at least 40 years. Presently I am in a church worship team. In the past I had played in bars, clubs, and marriot hotels. Was able to do some recording at Mark Farner and Ted Nugents's studio in Michigan. I am in the process of writing and recording some original christian material.

cats in the cradle
"I was asked by my pastor to actually perform this song in church. It was used as part of the message. I had always enjoyed this song. The message of this song is try to take time for your family and the important things and everything else will fall into place. So secular songs can really be used to get a meassage accross in chuerch.
I grew up in the same era as the artist of this song Harry Chapin. He had many great songs, too.
I enjoyed doing this song. I played my ovation 12 string acoustic guitar on this song. "
