Empowerment12/2/2015 10:46:09 AMMany young people have self-esteem issues. Performing music helps to alleviate some of that. This song is an excellent example for teaching how to value your qualities. I also show them the official video (Youtube) so they can see the different range of people expressing themselves in a confident manner. I feel all young female vocal students should study and perform this song with stage presence.

Love this one!1/27/2016 10:50:30 AMWhen I first heard this song during a visual media presentation, I was drawn to the power of the lyrics. Great song.

Fight Song (Rachel Platten)2/18/2016 8:15:07 PMThe first time I heard this piece I found it invigorating, motivating, fun. Then I got a copy of the lyrics and read through this poetry. Great sentiment. I realized that it applies to teens as well as agers. I perform this song because I am 73, still perform as often as I can, and the piece ends with "I gotta lot of fight left in me". Anyone wanna arm wrestle. Im bad etc etc etc

Best Arrangement out!2/22/2016 6:31:15 PMI spent a long time trying to find the right arrangement for this song, and this is it! Highly recommend to both beginners and those who have been playing for a while as it is easily filled out to sound even more incredible.
