Ive loved finding this arrangement, with Spiritual lyrics, to a theme from one of my favorite symphonies. Thank you!

NOT what you might expect

I was looking for sheet music to the wonderful song recorded by Paul Robeson, Bryn Terfel, Sissel, and many others, but this is not it. The words of the song have been mangled into a two-verse hymn, and much of the lyricism and musicality of the original has simply disappeared. Rubbish.
