Basic Arrangement...

This is a very basic arrangement of the song and it does include a somewhat out of character melody line i the right hand, which is one of my pet hates. The first thing that strikes me about the arrangement is the somewhat unhelpful asterisk note, which instructs me to "mentally change the key signatue to five flats" if I want to play the song properly. If its played with five flats, why not write the damn thing with five flats? Most of the notes are accurate, however the arranger has neglected to include the right hand chords on the upbeats of some of the verses. Theyre rather exciting little bits and some of the only parts ofthe entire song that are actually played by the piano, so not including them is not really acceptable. But in any case, like many other of the simple, basic arrangements on musicnotes, it makes a good springboard for creating a personal arrangement of the song.
