Very Fun and Easy

An underappreciated composer!

Scott Joplin is one of my heroes. When I was in high school, I took "Ragtime" piano lessons for one year, loving each and every song I learned, including the Bethena Rag. That fervor lasted until my parents realized I was having too much fun, a trait they did not appreciate in my musical studies, and stopped my lessons abruptly. I live to play again!
