Heartwarming!
10/5/2018 4:01:18 PM"Can You Hear Me" is something completely different than the other published works of Jarrod Radnich. It has a much lower difficulty, because its not part of the virtuosic or advanced series. The focus is more on statement than performance and the piano is only accompaniment. Although its written for piano and vocalists, it doesnt really matter - its beautiful and heartwarming anyway. A couple - a soldier and a waiting wife at home with their child at christmas day - sing can you hear me to each other, because the father has to "protect the freedom and his family far away". It is both, a christmas and a love song. It was an interesting experience to play something completely different from Jarrod.
