Accurate but taxing
5/5/2014 4:22:25 PMIt is highly unusual that Musicnotes offers sheet music for a German song. As a long time customer from Germany I had to buy it! And you can definitely see the differences in songwriting and general style in this song vs US songs. The transcription is absolutely accurate and true to how the song sounds as sung by Adel Tawil. However, its only suitable for male singers because of the incredibly wide range (2 octaves). For the majority of female pop singers the keys offered by Musicnotes either involve notes that are too low (3rd octave well below the usual low notes) or too high (middle to high 5th octave). With female pop stars who seldom sing above c5-d5 this is absolutely not suitable for an aspiring pop singer. A condensed version with a range of just a single octave would be nice! There is also a minor mistake in the lyrics. In the 2nd verse the transcription says "Mensch" but Adel sings "Mönch".
