Printer

1. One user reported that after he acknowledged, "Your music can only print now, while it is being downloaded"; the next thing he saw was, "It looks like you had a problem printing." At this point, it's not possible to tell what caused the print job to fail."

Status: Improved in 1.13.3. There will now be an alert box explaining exactly where the print job failed and giving the integer error code. This may be of limited use, but it should help us to troubleshoot the problem. Currently, there isn't an explanation for this particular event.

Scrollbar

1. The horizontal scrollbar was reported to misbehave in IE on Classic. The user could restore its proper function by minimizing and restoring the window.

Status: Not reproduced, not fixed. This user has a 640 x 480 screen, which may cause him some grief.

Player & CD-Synched Digital Sheet Music Not Available for Macintosh

1. Macintosh Users have expressed their displeasure with the fact that the Mac PlugIn only allows for viewing digital sheet music and that it does not play the music, a service provided in the PC version of the Viewer.

Status: There has been much discussion at Musicnotes since this is an important issue, even more so to those at Musicnotes who are Mac Users. Currently the project is under consideration for development.
