John Langley (for Studio Orchestrations)

John is half of the www.studio-orchestrations.com partnership (with Paul Campbell) and is demand as an orchestrator and arranger by orchestras and ensembles all over the world. Based in London, UK he and Paul are he has worked with and written for a diverse range of organisations and artists from Jose Carreras, Katherine Jenkins, Hayley Westenra, Michael Ball, Alfie Boe, to the Pet Shop Boys, Mika, Sarah Brightman and Take That. John Langley's arrangements and orchestrations have been played, heard and recorded across the world from Tokyo to Los Angeles, from Oslo to Sydney and from Abbey Road Studios to the BBC Royal Albert Hall Proms. His career began as librarian for the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and subsequently Events Manager for Raymond Gubbay Ltd. then after 8 years he went freelance to extend his writing and arranging work and also establish a successful singing career in theatre, sessions and concert halls.
