Alfred's Basic Piano Course is the perfect starting point for seven and eight year-old students. It features an easy, step-by-step approach to learning that puts emphasis on proper playing habits, as well as note reading through interval recognition.

For busy students and teachers, Alfred's All-In-One Course is a perfect learning solution. This course features a simplified lesson procedure by taking all pages from Lesson Books 1A and 1B (from the Basic Piano Course), as well as selected pages from the Theory, Recital and Fun Solo books, and combined them into a sequential series of five self-contained books. Not only does this series simplify learning, and reduce the need to decide which books to start with, but it also reduces the amount of books students need to bring to their lessons!

Designed for Chrisitan students, this course features the same core learning principles and activities from the Basic All-In-One Course, but presents these principles with lyrics and illustrations that represent spiritual themes. While learning piano, students are also exposed to Christian values, themes and even Biblical lessons! The songs taught in these books are also all spiritual in nature, and are perfect selections for students to play for family members, fellowship gatherings and Church and school events.
