Unique style

Oscar Peterson has a freedom on the piano that is hard to duplicate while playing off of sheet music. However, this piece is well written and with practice, the essence of Petersons style is found in its pages. It is a difficult one to master, but rewarding in its brilliant ingenuity and creativity. It has stretched me as a pianist while expanding my repertoire of chords and styles.
