Andrew Hodges has several passions; playing the violin, composing and arranging music, and writing about music philosophy. In addition his other skills include yoga philosophy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), web-based marketing and leadership development. He began his music career at the Royal Academy of Music subsequently running music departments in London schools. He then switched careers to find success in corporate sales for Xerox before going on to work as an independent international trainer delivering courses across the UK, Europe and China in the Art and Science of Negotiation. At the start of the new millennium, he became joint owner of a retreat centre in Normandy, offering yoga retreats and string quartet workshops. He writes about music improvisation and its relationship to leadership excellence and effective team collaboration.? He loves astrophotography and drone photography which he uses in his music videos.
