Dr. Bethany Neese is an accomplished educator, college professor, musician, and leader with more than 24 years of experience in teaching, administration, and the arts. She holds a doctorate in education with an emphasis in leadership and has served students in private schools, public schools, colleges, and community programs. Bethany has extensive experience working with at-risk students in trauma-informed settings, where she developed wellness programs and used the arts to inspire growth and resilience. She has also served as a department chair and is known for her servant-leadership approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to student success. In addition to education, Bethany is a pianist, vocalist, and composer whose original music reflects a peaceful and expressive style. Her life’s work is centered on uplifting others through learning, leadership, faith, and creativity.
