Keep it simple but with expression
At first this seems very straightforward (one reviewer said a bit boring) but if you keep a legato flow in the right hand of the main melody it sounds much better. Use of some rubato in the bridge section is adds to the interest. Basically, think of this as a folk song.

Beatles Norwegian Wood
This is a classic tune, and a sly classic lyric. Played as is, even though it is accurate, it is boring. One has to dress it up, add some pianistic flourishes that are not necessarily characteristic of the Beatles. The song needs the Beatles arrangement --- the variety of sonorities including sitar, guitar, tabla, as well as drum set.
