Theme from 70s Broadway show "Seesaw"

This catchy but deeply affecting tune in three-quarters time not only suggests the up and down motion of a seesaw but captures for me the essence of a time in New York City in the mid-70s when I was young and full of dreams (in my first job out of law school). It deserves to be better known. Cy Colemans melodic, jazzy composition is delightfully dramatic, especially in how it accelerates and gains gravitas towards the end, before settling into an ethereal finale. When playing the second ending, play the first two measures of the first ending BEFORE tacking on the second ending to get the full effect of the deceleration.
