Autumn leaves for trumpet

The value of having Leaves in key of G for trumpet is that the notes are placed squarely within the range of the trumpet. Neither too high or too low. While the trumpet can play just about anything, some arrangements for other instruments are placed too high on the staff for an intermediate player or too low (almost out of range) for the trumpet. It needs lyrics so the trumpet player can render this song lyrically -- like a singer -- and get phrases right.
