Good arrangement of the music recollecting the song as it was recorded by Simon and Garfunkle. I have been playing guitar for 4 years and found this song to be challenging but not too difficult. I recommend it highly.

When Simon & Garfunkel released this album, it won a Grammy award (on the strength of this classic song); at their acceptance speech, Paul Simon said he wanted to thank Stevie Wonder for having an "off" year (Wonder had won the award the previous two years). This is a wonderful classic blues/gospel song, full of beautiful melodies and chords and great lyrics, as well (for those blessed with a high range voice to be able to sing all the high notes in this song). This song has very wide appeal and is wealth worth learning to play well.

I am playing this score with my violin partner and I can tell you: it sounds wonderful! It is very tight to the original and it allows enough freedom to the musicians. We prefer not to stick strictly to the piano melody line living some parts to the violin while taking good care of harmony in the piano. Great arrangement!
