I think this is such a cute song from Nice Work and would love to use it for auditions in the future! However, its a version made from the males perspective (in Gershwins time) and not from Eileens perspective like it is in the show. For example, the lines in the show go as follows: "Oh, hes had one, two, three, four, five Six, seven, eight, nine, ten girls before; But now theres one, and Im the one The one he does adore" But in this version, the lines read: "Oh Ive had one, two, three, four, five Six, seven, eight, nine, ten girls before; But now theres one, and youre the one, The one girl I adore!" So the song isnt correct, the labeling from the show "Nice Work" is incorrect. So keep that in mind when looking at this version if you are a female looking at this for an audition song - otherwise, its a really great arrangement and perfect for a male wanting to use this song!
